Family, Friends, Food, Food and More Food

Any Prine adventure must include food.  It's in the family bylaws.  As we were surrounded by more than we could possibly eat at Ohana, Hannah pointed out to us that as we were eating we were talking about what, where and when we would eat next.  Much of our conversation was spent discussing what people had eaten recently, what they liked to eat, what they planned to eat. . .  This seemed to be a reoccurring theme throughout the holidays.

We started our vacation with lunch at Nando's before even getting to DC.  To die for good!  Thanks Niall and One Direction for leading us to one of our favorite places to eat.  We were hooked after the first visit.  We'd never heard of peri peri chicken but now it's a favorite.

We miss Sonny's so it was a must for lunch.  Thanks Rick!
 Sonny's rocks!
We met our good friends the Ashcrofts in Celebration for a Spanish dinner at the usually amazing Columbia.  It was good, but  not as great as we know it can be.  A bit of a let down since we had told the Ashcrofts how wonderful dinner would be.

The company more than made up for the mediocre meal.  I miss Lisa and her family so much.  It was so good to see her, David and Bryce.

Celebration was all decked out for the holidays.  They even have snow!

Ohana means family. . . so why not have  The Prine family Christmas dinner at Disney's Polynesian's restaurant Ohana.
